  • Job Description

    Job Scopes:
    - To provide engineering, technical support and after-sales support, including attending technical queries, providing technical information and advice to customers.
    - To initiate and organize continuous customer support and establish good relationship with customers.
    - To provide guidance and support to customer in developing, sustenance, and improvement of process capability to exceed/meet operations goals.- To troubleshoot customer’s out-of-control situations and process issues and provide corrective actions.
    - To coordinator with customers to start-up new processes which involves process characterization and development.
    - Work as a team with direct and indirect departments to meet company set goals and objectives.
    - Analyze evaluation data and generate report for internal and external usage.
    - To initiate proposals and future process improvements for customers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】Candidate MUST have own car and need to drive to customer

    - Education : Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Professional Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering , Materials Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , Physics or equivalent.

    - Experience : Prefer to have min. 1-2 years of experience in any semiconductor manufacturing environment, or experience with DISCO dicing machines/ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

    - Required Skills:
    1. Self-driven and strong motivated team player with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detailed-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, and positive attitude.
    2. Possesses good English communication and writing capability. Knowing Japanese language is an extra advantage.
    3. Able to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    4. Able to perform under pressure and tight timelines.
    5. Meticulous with strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
    6. Able to travel (Ipoh, Kulim, Kelantan and occasionally Southern of Malaysia, Singapore)
    7. Able to accept urgent customer support plan with short notice if any
