【Roles & Responsibilities】Development:- Support projects focused on mall enhancements and renovations.- Facilitate collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and A&P teams to ensure smooth project execution.- Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.Fit-Out Management:- Review, approve, and provide feedback on tenant drawings and fit-out proposals.- Assist in overseeing inspections, ensuring all works adhere to local regulations and safety standards.- Work with tenants and contractors to ensure alignment with the mall’s vision and operational goals.Regulatory Compliance:- Understand and apply local regulations (like UBBL) for combined lot works.- Ensure all activities meet safety and building standards.Team Collaboration:- Help with budgeting, tendering, and requests for quotations for enhancement projects.- Support the team in documentation and administrative tasks as needed.- Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
