• 仕事内容

  - Report to Accounting Manager, overseeing a team of 5 accounting staffs
  - General Accounting which involves fixed assets, inventories, bank & cash transactions, deposits & investments, accounts receivable, other current asset items, accounts payable, other long term & current liability items, as well as equity, revenue, expenses and those which are contained in company's balance sheet & profit & loss account
  - Handle statutory matters related to company's Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act and other acts, and need to work together with company's secretary, auditors, tax agents and other appointed representatives
  - Carry out administrative jobs within Accounts Department, such as doing proper filing, maintaining cleanliness & tidiness within the department, doing proper & timely house-keeping in the personal computer assigned, maintaining safe & healthy work environment, corresponding with various maintaining high level of security of company's date either in the form of hardcopy or softcopy, and other jobs that may be assigned from time to time
  - Jobs are not only limited to those within the Company's premises. There will be requirement to carry out jobs outside the company's premises such as attending various kind of meeting, seeing government officers, attending seminars, reporting to Global Headquarter and so on and so forth
  - Able to defend the accounting standards and practices
