    Job Description:

    1. Check and handling shipping documentation, purchase order and parts order from Nitori Japan, proforma invoice, shipment booking, changing order
    2. Monitor letter of credit (LC)
    3. Key in and update master data for order and delivery
    4. Arrange shipment, report for early and delay shipment
    5. Weekly and monthly commission closing
    6. Monthly actual sales and future sales closing
    7. Weekly product quality performance sharing with local agency
    8. Do various meeting and documents translation jobs
    9. Communicate, build and maintain relationships with relevant departments of the Japan Headquarters, business partners, local agency and other relevant companies as appropriate
    10. Handle all other delivery and shipping related jobs directed by supervisor

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Education Background : Diploma / Degree in any field
    - Experience : Min 3 -5 years of sales coordinator experience, Japanese company is preferable.(but not a must)
    - Require Skill :
    1. Business level English and Japanese language skills of N1/N2
