  Position Summary:
  Assist MD in the full and effective operation of Malaysia Branch
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the general manager to formulate the company's performance appraisal indicators and annual budget
  2. Organize the formulation of various management systems, supervise and inspect the implementation and implementation of rules and regulations of various departments, so as to institutionalize and standardize the company's internal management
  3. Organize and supervise the implementation of various plans and plans of the company, assist the general manager in the management of the company and the management of various functional departments

  15. Coordinate all resources to complete new product development and mass production

  17. Cooperate with the general manager to regularly report the implementation of various indicators of Suzhou Headquarters' operation in Malaysia
  18. Understand ISO45001 safety management system standards and requirements
