  1. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
  To support sales and marketing function, develop market segments and enhance company business in the central & east coast region and to secure and optimize sales volume, collection and profitability.
  To assist the company to grow business positively and to achieve level of sales turnover and profitability as per annual budget.
  Ensure all jobs secured are strictly followed the company procedure and complied with ISO requirements.
  
  2. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  a) To ensure that the predetermined sales, gross profitability and growth objectives of the Market Segment & Territories is achieved or exceeded.
  b) To monitor the performance against the objectives on a regular basis and to recommend and implement corrective actions on any negative variations thereof.
  c) To work closely with other colleagues / managers towards achieving the best benefits for the Company.
  d) To ensure the availability of stocks and to closely gear the stock position to the actual needs of the market and financial objectives of the company.
  e) To recommend and update on new products in market and evaluate the potential for future marketing.
  f) To ensure efficient control and collection of trade debts from the customers according to the agreed credit facilities.
  g) To ensure a high level of market penetration and coverage, and adequate level of customer service, technical service and after sale service.
  h) To provide regular feedback about the general market conditions, trends, and competitor moves in the assigned regions.
  i) To plan, implement and monitor all sales and marketing activities for new market segments and/or territory as assigned by the General Manager - Sales.
  j) To update 1st hand information to your direct report on all matter directly or indirectly related to Sales and Marketing and the organization.
  k) To update and prepare weekly sales reports and material forecast on timely basis.
  l) To performs any other duties assigned by the General Manager - Sales.
