  - Responsible for all quality related aspects for Nichias FGS product output processes
  - Implement Quality Assurance improvement activities for the above processes
  - Supervise employees who are directly or indirectly associated with the product or process with regard to quality
  - Monitor the reject percentage and prepare action plan for the reduction
  - Monitoring and involve in NKK project, Kaizen and Departmental Management Programme (DMP) activities
  - Monitor tooling conditions and prepare improvement plans for tooling maintenance control
  - Continuous monitoring of the production process and systems parameters to adhere strictly to specifications
  - Implement and monitor all trials/ process change conducted in order to improve the product and process
  - Final decision on abnormal parts by special evaluation of quality relevant products and process measures in cooperation with
  - Responsible on any matters/ feedback/ request from automotive customers and coordinate with subordinates and production staff to
  - To liaise with Nichias Corporation on quality matters
  - To improve customer rating performance against Nichias FGS supplied products
