  • 仕事内容

    1. Provide technical and strategic guidance in selecting the best quality latex which suits the needs of the compounding and production processes
    2. Oversee the chemical and physical testing of latex received by thorough checking of TSC, DRC, NR Content, NH3%, KOH No, VFA, MST, among other
    3. Implement process improvements and best practices in latex storage, preparation, compounding and production
    4. Lead the root cause analysis and trouble-shooting of compounding and extrusion issues related to latex quality/properties
    5. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established tasks and KPIs

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    1. Minimum 3 years of intensive experience with natural latex processing or equivalent job scope
    2. Strong technical leadership and project management skills proven by successful completion of multiple R&D programs
    3. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, polymer science, or chemical engineering or related field
    4. Willing to relocate to Bentong, have a driving license.
