    【Job Summary:】

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building successful marketing strategies, and fostering positive customer relationships.
    This CCO lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across all aspects of our business. The CCO will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive commercial plans, overseeing sales and marketing activities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.


    【Key Responsibilities:】

    1. Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
    • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Lead and start up new business units.

    2. Commercial Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive growth and innovation.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic priorities and allocate resources effectively to achieve business targets.

    3. Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products/services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.

    4. Marketing and Brand Management:
    • Oversee the development of marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and positioning strategies to differentiate our products/services in the market.
    • Monitor marketing performance metrics and KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

    5. Partnership and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and contracts to support business growth and expansion.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility and establish thought leadership.

    6. Revenue Optimization:
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and market share growth.
    • Develop pricing strategies, sales incentives, and promotional programs to maximize revenue and profitability.
    • Monitor sales performance and financial metrics, and take proactive measures to address any issues or challenges that may arise.

    7. Strategic Planning:
    • Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy and provide insights and recommendations related to sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to define long-term sales and marketing objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

    8. Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing team members, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
    • Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
    • Start off as self-contributor and develop the team as the business grows, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.

    Additional Responsible
    9. Distribution Management:
    • Demonstrate expertise in distribution management, particularly in B2C type business, ensuring efficient and effective product distribution to target markets.

    - Education Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
    - Experience : Preferably 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management (B2C type distribution management). MUST
    - Excellent in dealing with distributor, trade management, sell to dealers
    - Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within Automotive (Motorbike/ Motorcycle), Manufacturing, Electrical Appliances/ Components, Spare Parts, Automotive Hardware and etc would be added advantage.
    - Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
    - Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions.
    - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
