    【Job Responsibilities】

    • To manage a portfolio of clients and monitor the compliance of statutory and regulatory deadline such as submission of statutory forms, returns etc. in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant authorities (where applicable) in order to ensure progress of all tasks are on track. The progress is updated in the individual monitoring list.
    • To advise and attend to clients on secretarial matters related to their compliance requirements pursuant to Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia’s Listing Requirements and other relevant authorities.
    • Preparation of circular resolutions, statutory forms and other corporate secretarial documents in compliance with the relevant statutory regulations and guidelines.
    • Update and maintain as well as take custody of all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents by ensuring all documents are updated and being stored in data bank for data integrity including the updates of statutory books and records and other materials in compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia’s Listing Requirements and other relevant authorities including the statutory records/information in software, e.g. S2000 or any other software to be used by the company.
    • Ensure prompt billing and follow-up on collection of outstanding debts to ensure prompt payment from clients under your care.
    • Liaise with Officer from Companies Commission Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and other relevant authority (if so required) in relation the secretarial matters of the clients.
    • General administrative work and filing of documents.
    • Handling of applications, registrations and filings with various government agencies on behalf of clients (if so required).
    • Assist superior/the Company Secretary(ies) to manage relevant company secretarial matters including the preparation of relevant Agenda of Meeting, drafting minutes of meeting, preparing of papers for meetings and to attend Board and Board Committee Meetings under the guidance of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager (if so required).
    • Undertake special project work/ad-hoc assignments/other related secretarial functions which includes but not limited to applications for licenses, restructuring, liquidation, trademarks, etc., as may be assigned from time to time (if so required)..

  • 応募条件

    - Education Background : Diploma/ Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or other related disciplines (Degree the Best).
    - Minimum is ICSA Graduates or Chartered Secretary (ACIS)
    - Experience : At least 1 years experience working in corporate/company secretarial, preferably candidate handling secretarial work of Public Listed companies.
    - Require Skill : Company Act 2016 is a MUST requirement
    - Adequate knowledge of Listing Requirements and Companies Act, Capital Market and Securities Act, procedures and guidelines is an added advantage
    - Good written and verbal communication skills
    - Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Word)
    - Good supervision skills
    - Able to priorities work, monitor and meet deadlines
    - Good attitude in learning, detailed and deadline-oriented
