  • 仕事内容

    1. Perform detailed groundwork, research and financial analysis for corporate or business proposals.
    2. Be involved with due diligence and documentation in investment, reviewing legal related documents and agreements.
    3. Set up comprehensive analysis template and master control checklist for efficient and effective analysis and tracking.
    4. Prepare and assist in conducting feasibility studies for new investment and prepare comprehensive working paper.
    5. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of various strategic initiatives on the target company’s financial performance.
    6. Assess the financial viability and potential risk associated with proposed investments, providing recommendations.
    7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards and internal policies and procedures.
    8. Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, government agencies, bankers, lawyers, and company secretary for related subject matters.
    9. Carry out and perform in any ad hoc projects or assignments, whenever required.

  • 応募条件

    [ MUST ]
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalents.
    • Minimum 3 years of corporate finance working experience.

    [ ADVANTAGE ]
    • Working experience in Public Listed Company or MNC.
    • Working experience in Big Four or audit firm.
    • Good and hands-on experience in handling full set of account closing.
    • Process sound accounting knowledge and corporate finance working experience.

    [ OTHERS ]
    •Strong commitment, accountability, integrity, responsibility, proactiveness, and result oriented.
    •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    •Able to work in a fast-paces environment, processes strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
