  • Investigate store properties, communicate with landlords, build relationships, and negotiate (in coordination with various departments).
  • Negotiate with and manage various relevant institutions to obtain licenses, handle any arising issues (experience preferred).
  • Handle negotiations and interactions with external parties such as government offices, police, and construction companies after store openings.
  • Manage store hostels, negotiate with landlords, etc.
  • Perform special tasks as instructed by top management.
  -Review contracts document, negotiate and manage contract renewals related to the above.
  -Act as the company representative in dealing with landlords, handling issues and negotiations (in coordination with related departments as needed).
  -Serve as the company representative for negotiations and dealings with external institutions.
