  1. General
  a. Lead and manage the Product Development Process (PDP) for new automotive models.
  b. Ensure a flawless launch of new models, meeting all performance, quality, and timeline objectives.
  
  2. New Development Management
  a. Facilitate weekly PDP meetings to drive progress and address project needs.
  b. Develop and maintain detailed PDP files for each project, including project plans and milestone tracking.
  c. Monitor and report on the progress of each department involved in the project.
  d. Identify, analyze, and escalate potential risks to management in a timely manner.
  e. Organize and coordinate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) meetings with customers to align on quality and project expectations.
  f. Oversee the tracking, coordination, and resolution of all open issues with customers to ensure satisfactory outcomes
  
  3. Current Platform
  a. Support coordination and management of major Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) related to current models.
  b. Ensure effective tracking and flawless execution of changes through collaboration with Product Engineering teams.
