  Electrical Systems Design and Review
  ・Conduct basic design and review of electrical systems in compliance with regulatory standards.
  ・Ensure that all design activities align with established regulatory standards, codes, and specifications.
  
  Estimation and Cost Analysis
  ・Prepare and submit quotations for project proposals and tender submissions.
  ・Conduct cost analysis and project feasibility analysis to assess alignment with company capabilities.
  
  Technical Support
  ・Provide technical support by gathering project-specific requirements and clarifying technical aspects.
  ・Support in structuring and delivering technical presentations to clients.
  
  Procurement Strategy
  ・Advise on procurement strategy and contribute to the preparation of tender and contract documents.
  ・Assist in sourcing reliable suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  
  Collaborative Engagement
  ・Attend regular meetings with Department Managers to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  ・Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  
  Business Relations Maintenance and Expansion
  ・Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
  ・Assist in exploring and developing business opportunities in non-Japanese customer sectors for Temacon.
  
  Proposal and Contract Management
  ・Effectively manage proposals and contracts to ensure clarity and adherence to organizational standards.
  ・Verify the accuracy of sales contents, quotations, and purchase order amounts.
  
  Project Coordination
  ・Assist in coordinating tender briefings, site surveys, and site investigations.
  ・Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  
  Documentation and Record Keeping
  ・Collaborate on record-keeping and document management to maintain organized project files.
  ・Assist in CIDB project reporting and track project performance.
  
  Financial Oversight
  ・Coordinate with the department for accurate invoicing and payment collection.
  ・Verify sales contents, quotations, and purchase order amounts.
