• 仕事内容

  ・To plan and to conduct supplier’s process audit during project development stage and to ensure better quality to meet the drawing requirements
  ・To monitor&evaluate supplier quality performances and request supplier for continual improvement.
  If necessary, involve relevant departments of professionals.
  ・To conduct annual audits of suppliers and improve their quality based on the results of the annual QCD assessment.
  ・To support PPAP and documents required for Mass production during development stage.
  ・To review parts packaging of local and imported suppliers and to implement the necessary requirements of related department.
  ・To support supplier quality issues involving related departments and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  ・To work together with purchaser in order to develop new suppliers locally and overseas for parts localization.
  ・To handle technical information and share it to suppliers inculidng drawings and ECL.
  ・To support relevant departments during project development trial activities to acquire more knowledges.
  ・To understand ISO/IATF and/or other industry standards.
  ・To visit suppliers site to understand their company background and processes.
  ・Able to travel domestically and internationally to maintain accepted supplier quality score.
  　They will have internationally trip in Thailand,Philippines such as Southeast Asia twice a month.
  And sometimes they need to go to Penang and JB.
  ・To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors or management whenever necessary from time to time.
