  【Job Responsibilities】
  
  1. Month-End Closing
  – Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end financial close processes.
  
  2. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  – Manage the processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  
  3. General Accounting Entries
  – Maintain a comprehensive record of all financial transactions, organized into accounts.
  
  4. Cash Management
  – Oversee the company's cash flow, manage bank accounts, and ensure accurate recording of cash-related transactions.
  
  5. Product & Inventory Costing
  – Calculate and manage product costs and inventory valuation.
  
  6. Tax Compliance
  – Handle the company's tax obligations, including income tax and transaction-related taxes imposed by the government.
  
  7.Monthly Reporting
  – Prepare monthly cost analysis, gross profit percentage (GP%) analysis, and management reports.
  
  8. Budgeting and Forex
  – Assist in company budgeting and handle foreign exchange transactions and banking operations.
  
  9. Audit Support
  – Conduct systematic examinations of financial statements and operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
