  Description:
  You will be responsible for helping to manage clients in post-sale environment. Consultants work directly with our clients managing reported issues or enhancements which typically include requirements gathering, hands on configuration, problem solving, testing system interface specifications, strategy creation and implementation. You will focus on knowing the applications functionality to a medium degree.
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide consulting services and implementation of ERP including design, blueprinting, configuration, customization, migration, UAT testing and cutover to Production environment.
  • Communicate with customers on various level (up to senior executives) to obtain the necessary understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Development of functional and technical documentation, analyse requirements and design solutions.
  • Support of existing global customers and collaborate with the team regarding concept design and implementation
  • Provide system post-Go-live support as well as classroom training whenever necessary.
  • In house on the job training will be provided.
