  Plan the Sales, Promotional and Marketing Strategies by cooperating other departments to hit the budget for Sales and Profits
  ・Understand Karaoke Manekineko Concepts from Japan Follow and Impermanent in Malaysia
  ・Plan the Continuous Human Resource Strategy and Develop the Operational Organization with providing necessary training and guidance to subordinates especially for Area Managers and Outlet managers
  ・Analyze P&L and BS report, find the issue and implement concreate solutions
  ・Report to Japanese HQ
  ・Create accurate monthly and Quarterly Sales Performance reports, Stock reconciliation reports to Japanese HQ
