    ・Daily production management including evaluate, troubleshoot, and improve precision cleaning processes, optimize process quality and costs.
    ・Cost and budget control including CAPEX and OPEX.
    ・Supervise and provide training to junior engineer to setup a production team.
    ・Establish & lead the compliance and adherence of ISO/EHS procedures.
    ・Manpower management and schedule management to ensure timely cleaning delivery.
    ・Responsible to drive the continuous improvement plan.

  • 応募条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 5 years of working experience as Production Manager / Plant Manager / Factory Manager (or Assistant Manager).
    ・Familiar with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000
    ・Candidate from either semi-conductor manufacturing, electrical and electronics manufacturing, galvanizing, coating, automobile painting industry.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Possess Poison License
    ・Possess either of CePIETSO (PCP), CePSO, CePSWAM
    ・Candidate from Chemical industry has high advantage
    ・Experience in precision cleaning industry will be perfect
    ・Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering
