    - Work closely with end-users to collect business requirements & needs into functional requirement specifications.
    - Involved in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including development, system integration test and UAT support.
    - Able to do a program development independently, and code review.
    - Document compositions such as design specification, deployment guide, admin guide, user guide, etc.
    - Manage programmer team to deliver & implement solutions based on the timeline given.
    - Design the solution with Infrastructure (Cloud Base) requirements or hosting requirements (Basic knowledge & work with partner or MIS team)
    - Able to analyst and identify the problems and provide solutions during project cycles.
    - Investigate, diagnose, troubleshooting and solve software issues & hardware related issue (able to communicate with partner)

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    - 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
    - Proven experience in system requirements definition.
    - Understanding of programming languages to review deliverables such as requirement specifications, design documents, programs, and test plans.
    - Japanese language proficiency at N2 level (spoken and written).

    【Preferred】
    - Experience in software design and development using technologies like .NET, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, or similar.
    - Familiarity with database management systems such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access, or Oracle.
