  ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
  ・Candidate with at least 4 years of working experience in software quality assurance/software testing in financial industry
  ・Experience in managing and executing application software testing
  ・Good experience with defect management tools (JIRA)
  ・Have experience leading a testing team
  ・Have track records in maintaining a good leakage density
  
  ■ ADVANTAGES
  ・Candidate with Test Automation experience will have an advantage
  ・Candidate with programming background such as extensive SQL knowledge will have an advantage
  ・Also experience in java and springboot is a plus.
  ・Experience in designing, operating, tuning and maintaining sql and nosql db is a plus.
  ・Experience in CI/CD and devops is a plus.
  ・Experience in CMS, CRM and marketing system is a plus.
  ・Experience in other cloud like azure / gcp is a plus.
  ・Experience as vendor or end users operation / support is a plus.
  ・Experience in integration to backend system via queues and kafka is a plus.
  ・Experience in maintain and scaling queues, kafka, streams is a plus.
  
  ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  ・Degree in Business Management/Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent
  ・Detail oriented, highly analytical, have a passion to learn and is committed to self improvement
  ・Adaptable, able to work independently as well as in a team
  ・Able to multitask, juggling between various tasks and sprints
  ・Able to accept challenges and cope with demanding timeline
  ・Ability and willingness to travel within the region and accept overseas assignment
  ・Good verbal and written communication in English, technical, analytical, troubleshooting and consultative skills.
  ・Ability to cope with tight deadlines and adhere to the delivery plan.
  ・Ability and willingness to travel within the region.
