    ・Understand client and internal team requirements thoroughly to deliver targeted, impactful designs.
    ・Effectively communicate design strategies and creative concepts.
    ・Support the company’s growth by driving creative design solutions and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

  • 応募条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 3~5 years of working experience in advertising, graphic design or a similar field.
    ・Strong innovation in creative design with good sense of "out of the box" thinking.
    ・Proficient in Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and/or other design software.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Diploma/Degree in Art, Design, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related discipline.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Resilient under pressure.
    ・Self-motivated to prioritize and manage tasks and projects independently and efficiently.
    ・A fast learner who constantly seeks ways to improve design accuracy, execution speed, and quality of work with minimal guidance.

    ・Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
    ・Driven to research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, ideas, and technologies.
