    • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
    • Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting IT-related issues in a timely manner.
    • Support network administration and ensure the functionality of network systems.
    • Help manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions. (E.g. M365 and so on)
    • Assist with system backups and ensure the safety and integrity of data.
    • Participate in cybersecurity activities and assist in implementing security measures.
    • Contribute to the rollout of new IT systems and software.
    • Maintain and update internal documentation on systems and processes.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute ideas for process improvement.
    • Assist in IT projects under the guidance of senior team members.

    <Requirements>
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
    • Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
