  【Job summary】
  Our company has offices in 14 cities across 10 countries, including Japan, and collaborates with various departments to support our customers.
  Our main tasks include handling inquiries, troubleshooting, maintenance, operations support, configuration management, and monthly reporting.
  We respond to customer calls, chats, and emails, record interactions in the system, and work with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.

  ■Responding to customers
  - Inquiries about customer operational components
  - Inquiries about service specifications and usage
  - Inquiries about problems and failures
  *We will respond to the above by phone, e-mail, and chat (WhatsApp).
  ■Responding to the incident
  You will need to escalate to the group company's internal or vendor depending on the cases.
  *In most cases, the response is in Japanese if you need to communicate within the group company, but in many cases, it is basically in English if you need to communicate with a vendor.
