    ・Provide coaching, mentoring, and training for team members.
    3. Budget Management
    ・Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
    4. Data-Driven Decision-Making
    ・Analyze any reports to identify opportunities for improvement and find out internal weak points.
    ・Make informed decisions based on market research, customer insights, and trends.
    5. Project Management
    ・Plan and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
    ・Identify risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
    6. Penetrate company brand image
    ・Plan and implement all activity with common HISAKA brand image.

  • 応募条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Minimum 10 years of experience as a leader or managerial role in manufacturing environment
    ・Good command of spoken and written Japanese (N1, N2 Level)

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, ppt)
