    ・Responsible for sales process (lead generation), sales presentations and proposal, negotiating and closing deals
    ・Stay updated on logistic industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges.
    ・Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
    ・Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative logistic solutions to customers
    ・Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
    ・Prepare relevant information related to market activity to senior management
    ・Meet sales target and increase organization revenue
    ・Achieve KPI set by the management

  • 応募条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 3 years of business development or sales (hunter role) experience in logistic industry
    ・Good understandings of Incoterm (FOB, CIF, CNF ...)
    ・Posses own transportation and a valid driving license.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage for presentation.
    ・Candidate with good understanding of Air Freight business has advantage.

    ■ OTHER RERUIREMENTS
    ・Strong desire to sell
    ・Excellent communication skills
    ・High degree of self-motivation and ambition
