• 仕事内容

  - Facilitate architecture reviews and be in charge of quality, cost and delivery (QCD) of projects.
  - Assist the Project Manager in the implementation of projects which are under construction and those scheduled of construction.
  - Assist the Project Manager to liaise with the authorities for the smooth implementation of works.
  - Monitor the projects progress according to the approved work programs and produce the site progress reports and issues affecting it to the Project Manager.
  - Work with consultants, contractors and suppliers to execute the works in an effective and efficient manner.
  - Facilitate architecture reviews and be in charge of quality, cost and delivery (QCD) of projects.
  - Assist the Project Manager in the implementation of projects which are under construction and those scheduled of construction.
  - Implement and monitor the project/site inspection checklist to ensure that all construction process/activities meeting the Project Quality Plan.
  - Monitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiers.
  - Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
  
  Authorities:
  - To give site instruction to Sub-cons.
  - To issue CAR to ensure corrective action are carried out.
  - To inspect on incoming materials on site before accepting.
  - To identify potential Safety, Health & Environment Hazard & to discuss with the safety team; and come up with a Control / Action Plan
