    < Job Summary >
    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store network infrastructure on a 24/7/365 basis.
    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting network issues remotely.
    This position offers a hybrid work model, combining work from home and office flexibility. Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Japanese are essential for effective communication with our Japanese counterparts. Training will be provided to upskill the successful candidate.

    < Key Responsibilities >
    • Network Monitoring and Management: Proactively monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventative measures to ensure high availability and minimal downtime. This includes utilizing network monitoring tools and dashboards.
    • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and software problems remotely .This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Network Infrastructure Support: Maintain and support the existing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. This involves configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
    • Security: Contribute to maintaining the security of the network infrastructure by implementing and adhering to security best practices.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
    • Collaboration: Work effectively with other regional IT team members and stakeholders to resolve network issues and implement improvements. This includes strong communication with Japanese counterparts.
    • Project Participation: Assist in network-related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and implementations of new technologies.
    • Leverage Support : Might required to assist other other support team if needed
    • Ad hoc & Additional Assignments : Might be assigned additional supporting roles to assist management team.

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Japanese Skill N1, N2 Level
    ・Willing to work under shift rotation hour including weekends or public holidays
    ** Project Operations Hour: 0600 ~ 2100 x 365 days

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching, etc.)
    ・Understanding of network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
    ・Ability to troubleshoot network issues remotely
    ・Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate of IT study
    ・Customer service skills, IT trouble shooting skills are added advantage
    ・IT helpdesk experience is an added advantage
    ・IT related certificate holder (ex. ITIL ...) has advantage

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    ・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    ・Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    ・Strong organizational and time management skills.
