  Job Overview:
  The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for day-to-day quality activities, support Production & Engineering on the assurance of quality processes and products compliance with the Standard of Quality Management System and customer requirements.
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for projects related to product and process quality to ensure quality products and total customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to understand a problem and develop solutions for quality improvement projects.
  • Be the key person to interface with customers / suppliers / internal team related to quality issues and failure incidences.
  • Driving issues for root cause(s), corrective action, and monitoring for effectiveness.
  • Lead the internal team and prepare customer / Internal 8D report whenever there is quality issue.
  • Involve in and support all the relevant quality of new part approval project and transfer projects.
  • Support and assist in customer and third-party audit.
  • To perform internal audit and supplier audit when necessary.
  • To establish and maintain quality documents such as SOP, WI, SIP, Control Plan and etc.
  • Conduct training of quality related topics/ISO standard to QA Inspectors and internal team.
  • Oversee quality inspection and testing of incoming, in process and outgoing product to confirm products quality meet the specification.
  • To manage non-conformance incoming parts and goods tin accordance with quality management system.
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary and assigned by superior.
