  As a Project Lead (Senior Manager/Manager), you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing new projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding project teams, monitoring progress, negotiating contracts, managing costs, ensuring adherence to timelines and evaluating the viability of business cases. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving project success and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of initiating new projects, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with stakeholders to define prject scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Implement robust project management methodologies to track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively address them to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and manage project timeline, closely monitoring progress of customer requirements, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring adherence to project targets date for first article and mass production.
  • Establish project timelines and milestones, creating detailed schedules and timelines to facilitate efficient project execution and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate the business case for each project, analyzing cost projections, engineering changes, and strategic objectives to assess feasibility and potential risk.
  • Foster strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to maintain alignment and transparency.
  • Ensure that projects meet quality standards and customer requirements, implementing quality assurance processes and conducting regular reviews to uphold product or service excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
