仕事内容
• Managing local, import & export arrangement, documentation and key in to system
• Work with forwarding companies for import shipment
• Managing invoice from supplier/vendor
• Apply AP(Approval Permit) from MITI (Ministry of International Trade & Industries) when necessary.
• Monitoring and Update K1, purchasing data and any others related details into the ERP System
• Monthly stock count
• Report: managing material stock, consumption of stock, rental lorry
• Invoice summary for customer on middle and end of the month
• Manage sales documents & customers record. i.e. purchase order/contract
• Documents filing: Custom Form, invoices and others supporting documents
