We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Iron & Steel Products Division. The ideal candidate will have experience of Sales support/ Sales Assistant/ Sales backoffice work/ Sales Operation support in trading, import/export, and supply chain operations, particularly within the automotive and general industries. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage trading operations and support business growth.
<Main Role>
- "Proactive support" basic operation of Iron & Steel Products trading, import, export & off-shore, as well as domestic business mainly related to automotive industries and general industries.
- Professional relationship and effective communication with internal and external (customers/suppliers/biz partners) to improve our current supply chain management performance to support developing value-added business model under automotive industries.
<Key Responsibilities>
- Trading & Supply Chain Operations: Support and oversee iron & steel product trading activities, including import, export, offshore, and domestic business.
- Supplier & Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and business partners, to optimize the supply chain.
- Logistics & Inventory Management: Coordinate logistics, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, logistics) and report key updates to management and, if necessary, the Japan headquarters.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all trading activities comply with international trade laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
- Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Address operational issues, handle challenges under pressure, and ensure smooth execution of transactions.

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business.
• Candidate with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in trading companies..
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Working experience as a trading business assistant.
• Working experience in supply chain support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Reliable, able to multitask and work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
• Possess an ethical mind, a mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
<Advantage>
• Applicant who can speak Japanese is an added advantage.
• Candidate with working experience in export/offshore/import in automotive/general industries is preferable.英語

- All the costs to visit client are claimable
- AL : 14 days (max 20 days after 5 years of service)
