• 仕事内容

  1. Territory Management:
  • Develop and maintain the Northern region (Primary), including Penang, Perlis,
  Kedah, and Perak.
  • Maintain the Southern region (Secondary), Johor.
  •Identify and prioritize key target clients within the territory.
  
  2. Sales Documentation:
  • Manage the request and orders from customer.
  ・Invoice/Delivery Orders using the in-house system(the SUNNET)
  • Maintain accurate and organized sales records for future reference.
  
  3. Client and Vendor Relationship:
  • Collaborate closely with Outside Sales to address inquiries from existing clients,providing effective solutions to their needs.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage basic client communication for quotation submissions, providing general
  information, and handling catalogs, drawings, pictures, and warranty information.
  
  4. Product Promotion:
  • Support regular marketing email blasts and maintain email lists for distribution.
  
  5. Marketing and Sales Support:
  • Prepare marketing and sales materials, including product presentations, brochures, and
  demos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  
  6. Market Research:
  • Conduct continuous research to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and
  competitive activities.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and provide feedback to the management team.
