＜Job Summary＞ The Account Executive supports the accounting manager by managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring accurate reconciliations. This role involves maintaining internal controls, coordinating with auditors and tax agents, and handling office administration tasks. Ideal for candidates with foundational accounting knowledge and prior experience in an accounting support role.The Account Executive is responsible for:- Responsible for entries and maintenance of account payables (AP) and account receivables (AR)- Responsible for monthly reconciliation of balance sheet and banks balances. Ensure all discrepancies are investigated and reconciled satisfactorily.- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance and ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control- Assist the management to liaise with auditors and tax agent- Supervise office maintenance and supply of office consumables.- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner- Key in to expense manage system about promotion expense based on distributors' claim
