• 工作内容

  - Design and architect complex network solutions using Cisco technologies based on business requirements, technical constraints, and network performance considerations.
  - Implement and configure Cisco networking devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, based on network design requirements.
  - Perform advanced configurations, including routing protocols, switching technologies, virtualization, security features, and quality of service (QoS) settings.
  - Oversee the installation, integration, and testing of network devices, and ensure proper operation and performance.
  - Implement and manage network security measures using Cisco security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, IPS, ACLs, and other security features.
  - Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.
  - Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, such as network outages, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks using advanced troubleshooting tools and techniques.
  - Optimize network performance by tuning network devices, protocols, and configurations.
  - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of network designs, configurations, and procedures.
  - Prepare reports and documentation to provide insights on network performance, availability, and security to stakeholders and management.
  - Lead and manage network projects, including planning, coordinating, and executing network implementation and migration projects.
  - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Cisco networking technologies and continuously enhance skills and knowledge through self-study, training, and certifications.
  - Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to junior network engineers, team members, and other stakeholders.
