【主な業務内容】
マレーシア現地法人のバックオフィス部門アシスタントマネージャーとして、以下の業務を担当いただきます。
・マレーシア拠点の財務・経理、人事・労務、法務等のアドミン業務や予算策定、スタッフ業務サポート
・管理ファンドと連携のうえ、管理ファンド・法人の資金繰り管理、資金効率化への対応、提案、現地規制等の情報収集、報告
・日本本社と連携のうえ、管理ファンド・法人の財務・経理状況の報告やアドホック事項への対応・報告・提案

【Job summary】 You will be expected to help execute venture capital transactions across SE Asia. You will be part of the boarder investment team and be expected to assist the team on managing the investee companies, reviewing investment opportunities and preparing analysis of the sectors and companies. With an understanding of financial analysis including financial modeling, you will undertake a financial review to ensure that the investments meet the return criterion and draft reports to help the Investment Committee’s decisions.
