• 工作内容

  Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • To carry out construction on specific areas of mechanical and electrical works.
  • To monitor the progress of M&E works ensure it is completed in accordance with the project requirements and budget, and that any issues or delays are identified and addressed promptly.
  • To construct building facilities, electronic system, air conditioning system and plumbing system especially for Data Center
  • To monitor Project Design Programmes, Authorities Submission Schedule and CF inspection schedule for each project and to ensure that programmes and schedule are being achieved.
  • To liaise / coordinate with the Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers to ensure the M&E works are carried out as per contract and authorities’ requirements.
  • Prepare and conduct M&E meeting and update site progress report to head office.
  • To review calculation of quantities or taking-off for cost analysis, quotation or tender purpose.
  • To ensure conformance to the construction and development procedures.
  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant.
  • To prepare & submit claims, invoices, VO & final account to client in a timely manner.
  • To assist in preparing budget & award to subcon / suppliers in a timely manner.
  • To check of monthly Budget Summary Report.
  • To check of variation orders and final accounts to customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
