    -Liaise with transporter and the clients to ensure timely deliveries.
    -Liaise with overseas shipping team members to ensure timely payment and deliveries to be arranged.
    -Liaise with customers and relevant parties to resolve any shipping matters/document issue.
    -Communicate sales status internally with sales manager.
    -Prepare monthly sales report and any reports as and when required.
    -Arrange the meeting, business trip for managers
    -Translate some documents Japanese-English
    -Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Language : English, Japanese(over N2 level)
    - Education Background : At least Diploma/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field
    - Experience :
    Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. No working experience required.
    or
    If you have some Sales support experience, it is advantage
    - Others : Computer literate such as: MS Excel, MS Office
