  Responsibility
  
  - Analyze tender specifications to ensure all required information for calculating cost is included.
  - Prepare calculations, estimations, BOQ and collect all technical data required by tenders.
  - Estimate manpower and plan resource loading.
  - To prepare technical documents required for proposal submission.
  - Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
  - Organizes filing of Projects, quotations & related documentations, suppliers’ profiles and business address book for future easy access & retrieval.
  - Ability to source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotation for tendering.
  - Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project
  - Assist to prepare the design & drawings during project execution.
  - Communicate with vendors and subcontractors for costing estimation.
  - Perform other duties as assigned
