  Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for plant wide product and process quality to ensure quality products and total customer satisfaction.
  • Data driven quality improvement with production/engineering/R&D team related activities.
  Key contact to local customer on quality related issue.
  • Be the key person to interface with customers / suppliers / internal team related to quality issues and failure incidences.
  • Work with production, engineering, R&D team in identifying root cause(s), corrective action, and monitoring for effectiveness.
  • Involve in and support all the relevant quality of new transfer part approval
  • Support and assist in customer and third-party audit.
  • To plan and perform internal audit and supplier audit at scheduled time.
  • To establish and maintain quality documents such as SOP, WI, SIP, Control Plan and etc.
  • Own and responsible for training of quality related topics/ISO standard to QA Inspectors and internal team, including conducting the training.
  • Oversee quality inspection and testing of incoming, in process and outgoing product to confirm products quality meet the specification.
  • To manage non-conformance incoming parts and goods tin accordance with quality management system.
