    ・Achieve sales orders and profit
    ・Proactively explore business opportunities and expand new customers
    ・Exercise sales programs/actions to increase loyalty and sales for products and solutions
    ・Attend to sales enquiry and generate quotations
    ・Work closely with customers in the development of applications to meet customers’ needs
    ・Engage in active sales visits and dealings with customers & distributors
    ・Organize and conduct presentations to potential and existing customers
    ・Debt monitoring & collections with end customers & distributors
    ・Prepare sales reports
    ・Market studies & feedbacks

资格

  • 应征条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・1 ~ 2 years of sales experience in BtoB sales or project sales dealing in HVAC facilities, automation facilities or building materials.
    ・Experience in liaising with distributors, channel partners, contractors, and consultants.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Education Background : Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering /Electronic Engineering /Mechatronic Engineering.
    ・Sales candidates currently working in HVAC Consulting / Engineering Company, Automation Parts suppliers or Building Material supplier.
    ・Candidates who possess connection with HVAC Consulting / Engineering Company.
    ・Candidate from Factory Automation or Robotics line has high advantage.
    ・Basic knowledge related to Drives/Inverters, Servo Motors, Motion Controllers/PLC.

    ■ OTHERS
    ・Abilities to provide product support for pre-sales and post-sales to End Users & Distributors
    ・Additional knowledge in system solution will be a plus
    ・Good presentation and interpersonal skills
    ・Able to travel within MALAYSIA regions

  • 福利制度

    - Basic Salary = RM 3,500 ~ RM 4,000
    - AL : <2Y 14d, 2Y~5Y 16d, >5Y 21d
    - MC : <2Y 14d, 2~5Y 18d, >5Y 22d
    - 60 days of paid hospitalization leave.
    - Paternity Leave 2 days, marriage leave 2 days
    - Company car provided (for business travelling only)
    - Shell card provided.
    - All business travel expenses claim reimbursement basis. (mileage = RM 0.50/km if using own car)
    - Outstation Allowance = RM 50/d
    - Insurance provided (covering immediate family)
    - Medical Claim = Max RM 1,000 p/a by medical cert
    (excluding optical, dental, specialist, plastic surgery & etc)
    - Dental & Optical Claim = RM 300 p/a
    - Bonus : Twice a year. (Ju & Dec), depend on performance, past year around 3~4 months annually
    - Increment rate = Averagely 6%/annual (Appraisal in July)
