    [Responsibility]
    - Receive phone calls / emails from the customer on maintenance, and respond them as the first tier of maintenance team.
    - Troubleshoot the issues as much as possible via call and email or partner vender if the issue is complicated, difficult to solve.
    Issues are IT solutions specializing in Network / Server / PC.
    - Go on-site to customers to troubleshoot problems.
    - Manage trouble ticket and keep track the progress. Update all stakeholders including the customer on trouble shooting.
    - Set up PCs / network devices based on manual.

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - Possess Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field
    - Possess 3 years of work experience in IT support L2 and L3
    - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
    - Ability to handle PC / Network / Server and any IT related trouble shooting

    <Advantaged>
    - Possess IT related certification such as CCNA or Azure Fundametals, or equivalent experience.
