To analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior, and develop informed market entry strategies.3. To develop and implement international business development plans for driving growth.4. To establish and nurture relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners in target markets.5. To collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop effective market entry strategies.6. To evaluate and recommend entry modes such as partnerships, joint ventures, or subsidiaries.7. To stay informed about international regulations and compliance requirements for baby products.8. To ensure all products meet the necessary standards and certifications for each market.9. To set and achieve international sales targets in collaboration with sales teams.10. To monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.11. To build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and business partners.12. To serve as the main point of contact for international stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration.13.
