• Provide exceptional sales support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist in achieving customer sales goals and contribute to customer development efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across multiple levels and functions within their organizations.
• Collaborate with Asian-based and Global account teams to implement account strategies successfully.
• Gather and analyze customer and market intelligence to support the development and execution of account strategies.
• Support account management by managing daily customer requirements and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Help differentiate our products and services from competitors by understanding and communicating our unique value propositions.
• Learn and understand customers' technical roadmaps, and work closely with various business units to align our offerings with customer needs.
资格
应征条件
• Bachelor's degree in any field. Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in sales and account management, particularly within a technical industry. Any internship or project experience in these areas is a plus.
• Highly proactive, innovative, enthusiastic, and passionate, with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.英文
