  ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of contract law, Hire Purchase Act and Company Act.
  
  ■ ADVANTAGES
  • Over 1 year of relevant working experience in Hire Purchase industry.
  • Diploma holder and above in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce or any discipline.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  
  ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Good knowledge in customer service and experience in handling customers’ / dealers’ complaints.
  • Patient, pleasant, good communication skill and eager to help others.
  • Able to converse well in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Independent correspondence and have good report writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, outgoing personality and able to multi-task.
