    Job Summary:
    As a Labor Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing the working environment of employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. You will oversee labor conditions, working hours, communication with employees, and resolving issues. Your role contributes to creating a safe and comfortable workplace for all employees.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Labor Contract Management:
    Handle labor contracts related to employee onboarding and offboarding, including drafting, updating, and terminating contracts. Ensure contracts are accurately managed and maintained.

    Working Hours and Attendance Management:
    Manage employee working hours, overtime, and leave records. Ensure compliance with laws related to working hours by monitoring attendance systems and time cards.

    Payroll and Benefits Administration:
    Assist with or verify payroll processing. Handle social insurance and workers’ compensation paperwork. Manage employee benefits programs.

    Compliance with Labor Laws:
    Ensure the working environment adheres to labor standards and other labor-related laws. Review and update internal regulations to reflect any changes in legislation.

    Handling Labor Disputes:
    Respond to employee inquiries or complaints regarding labor conditions and treatment. Prevent and resolve labor-related issues.

    Negotiation with Labor Unions:
    Negotiate with labor unions and conclude labor agreements. Respond to union demands and maintain a healthy labor-management relationship.

    Occupational Safety and Health:
    Implement safety measures in the workplace and prevent work-related accidents. Organize and manage regular occupational safety and health committee meetings.

    Training and Guidance:
    Plan and conduct in-house training related to labor management. Provide training and guidance on labor-related matters to new employees and management.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    Knowledge of labor laws and labor management
    Experience with attendance management systems and payroll systems
    Strong communication skills
    Problem-solving abilities
    Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

    Practical experience in labor management
    Certification as a social insurance labor consultant (if applicable)
    Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and ability)

    【Must】
    - Language :English
    - Education :Over Bachelor
    - Experience :At least 8 years of experience in HR
    -Have experience in labor management

    ※No B shift regularly, only when irregular issue happened.
