  •Providing IT technical support on existing installation bases as necessary (remotely & on-site).
  •Conducting System Health Checks via specified intervals to ensure optimum performance/reliability of the product.
  •Tracking/reviewing sites under post-implementation stages for maintenance contract proposal & billing.
  •Track the progress and quality of work performed by design disciplines/trades.
  •Assist the Project Manager in system implementation activities (new & upgraded).
  •Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude and develop this attitude in others.
  •Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
