  【Job Responsibilities】:
  Overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the production process. Responsible in encompass P&L management, cost control, efficient resource utilization, and project scheduling, as well as team management.
  
  1. P&L Management:
  Take ownership of the production department's budget, revenue, expenses, and profitability. Develop and execute strategies to optimize financial performance and achieve cost-saving objectives.
  
  2. Cost Control and Management:
  Implement cost control measures to minimize production costs while maintaining quality standards. Analyze cost variances and take proactive steps to improve cost efficiency.
  
  3. Project Scheduling and Resource Allocation:
  Develop and maintain a comprehensive production schedule to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines. Ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
  
  4. Leadership and Team Management:
  Lead and inspire a diverse team of operational staff, including project and manufacturing engineers, purchasers, QA and QC personnel, and production workers. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  
  5. Quality Assurance and Control:
  Oversee the implementation and maintenance of rigorous quality assurance and control processes. Collaborate with QA and QC teams to maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards.
  
  6. Supplier and Vendor Management:
  Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and resources. Negotiate favorable terms and contracts to benefit the organization.
  
  7. Health and Safety:
  Enforce and promote safety protocols, ensuring a secure and healthy work environment. Investigate and report safety incidents, taking corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  
  8. Reporting and Communication:
  Provide regular reports on production performance, financial metrics, and operational KPIs to the directors and senior management. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
