  Job Description:
  1. Develop strategies in quality department direction, ensure team strategies in line with the quality department direction and ensure proper execution of strategies via collaboration with other departments in the company.
  2. Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality strategy, to drive departmental continuous improvement via quality/process improvement activities.
  3. To lead in setting strategy for quality operations, compliance, quality assurance as well as support internal and external audits activities, standard operating procedures, policies.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Overseeing quality and coordinating with other departments.
  2. Demonstrate commitment to customer service, understand customer needs, anticipate problems, meet and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively.
  3. Develop a Best in Class Quality Culture by develop effective quality control processes.
  4. Support in managing QMS & EMS for ISO 9001 & 14001.
  5. Support in internal audit and supplier audit periodically.
  6. Lead problem solving for quality issues such as customer complaint, internal/external quality issue, ICAR's/SCAR's and etc.
  7. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
  8. Oversee all production related procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
  9. Oversee inspection procedure for incoming raw material, in line process and outgoing product.
  10. Generate Department Weekly Report and Monthly KPI Report as well as Daily Report.
