Mainly this job will work as the person responsible for buying products primarily focused on Japanese food, as well as planning, organizing, and executing Japanese fairs.Job Responsibilities- Product Selection: Determine which products to carry based on market research and trend analysis.- Inventory Management: Maintain appropriate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.- Pricing Strategy: Set product prices considering competitors and market trends.- Promotion Planning: Plan and implement sales and campaigns to promote product sales.- Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer purchasing behavior to inform strategy revisions and improvements.
